This excel sheet shows the breakdown of carbon emissions of every country from 1990 to 2019. For relevancy purposes, I only synthesized the 2019 carbon emissions but it is interesting to note the production of carbon emissions, especially among the world superpowers. The US is a slight exception though this may largely come from outsourcing labor that produces carbon emissions to poorer countries. The trend, however, since the enactment and creation of climate change committees is that there is a slight decrease in carbon emissions. While they are, largely, no longer at their height the damage it has caused and will continue to cause if further cuts aren't made, will likely be drastic
